CFP: SIHS-Sponsored Panels at the 2023 AHA Annual Conference

The Society for Italian Historical Studies invites anyone interested to submit proposals for paper presentations or for whole panels for the joint SIHS/American Historical Association annual meeting, January 2023 in Philadelphia. For those assembling the panel, please include:

Full names
Institutional affiliations
E-mail addresses
Title of panel
An optional panel abstract of 2-3 sentences for each paper
Titles of papers (2-3 papers per panel is usually ideal)

*** Please note that every presenter, as well as chair and/or discussant, should be a member of the SIHS. ***

Individual paper proposals will be considered, although fully organized panels greatly facilitate the work of the committee and, therefore, enjoy a much greater chance of acceptance. Please send all proposals to James A. Palmer (japalmer@fsu.edu). Proposals must be received on or before May 17, 2022.
